I got this product a couple of weeks ago and since then have put it to quit intense workouts. This is the first product from Bulmarc, so did not have any such expectation on how the product will be so was quite excited to give it a try as soon as it arrived. After about a couple of weeks of usage I have formed my opinions on the bands and the sliders provided in the package. Below I have stated the pros and cons based on my experience with the product.?????PROS:?????? Well the first positive thing about the product is the extreme built quality. It is robust for extreme workout and made to last a ton.? The bands in particular are very elastic, after tremendous use they are of the same size as they came out of the box. Remarkable tensile strength of these bands make them keep their shape intact no matter if it is extended three times its length, which produces enough resistance for your muscles to burn some calories.? As the manufacturers claim that the latex used for the bands are the extracts of Hevea Brasiliensis trees of Thailand, which I can't give a surety of as I am not a lab specialist of latex. But since they claim these are done after thorough inspections, I can believe that because unlike some other bands in the market these bands don't smell bad, which proves that they are based on natural genuine latex. And the good thing about the company is that they have also put forward that the colors may fade due to not using any chemicals to make them shine forever, good for the health.? The sliders are made of high quality fiber on one side while the other side is made of soft foam fabric. Now I see some complaints in the review on the use of the slider on different surfaces. I want to make it clear here, the ABS smooth side of the slider is for use in carpets or rugs or any fabric surfaces, whereas the foam side is for use in hard surfaces such as marble, hardwood, PVC surfaces etc. They provide excellent free movement for variety of postures while doing exercise.? The package comes in a neat boxing with a inner polyester case to keep all the thing as one unit. They have kept in mind these small yet important things in mind did Bulmarc. The printed small manual is good enough to let you start with the exercise straightway.? In continuation to the previous point they also have provided a passcode with the mini printed manual which you can claim for 3 e-books in their official site by registering with your credentials and applying the coupon code while claiming for the e-books on the site itself. The e-books contains so many different exercises with pictures which I personally couldn't have figured out could be possible with the bands and sliders until I downloaded them and gave a read.? The e-book contains point to point instruction with descriptive pictures of the exercises which will make it easy for anyone to figure out how to use the band and sliders properly for the best possible results.? The brand is trying to make a fitness community. They are very active in their social media platforms as well and regularly posts some or the other fitness exercises and workout tips to keep the followers updated.? The last but not the least is that coming to the outputs from the bands, yes I am getting some positive results after using them so I expect to get as time goes by, will update once I get something worth mentioning.?????CONS:?????No cons yet. Had one that they did not provide the proper manual for use of sliders in the box, but they recently contacted me that now they are including a small not on how to use the sliders so good news for the buyers buying now so planing on buying in the near future.????????VERDICT:????????Trying to keep the already long review a not lengthy enough, I would like to recommend this product to everyone who is intense workout lovers and wants to stay fit at the exchange of hard-work. The quality is too good to be complained about later as this brand is getting bigger I can see a great future. They have a great customers service and active social media platforms for tips and queries all at one place. Buy this and you will never regret. About the product, I loved the combo all put in one, and a carry bag to go with it. It�s like carrying a gym membership round the year wherever you travel, for how compact and light weight it is.E-Book with 70+ ExercisesI wanted to know what all the hype was about the 70+ exercise in their listing. I got a mini physical booklet with a few exercises and instructions to access the E-Book online. Upon going online, there were three E-Books. Upon downloading the same, I no longer feel lost while working out. Earlier I did a few exercises and kept repeating but now I know so many that I can pick from depending on my fitness level and the part of my body that I want to work on.The Bands:I�ve used theraband and mini loop bands in the rehab centre in the past and I have to say this quality really stands out. People that know the product are surprised that these were available in these colors too. �Light� strength band is ideal for my shoulder as I am still in the process of recovering from my shoulder injury. I use mostly medium and heavy for most exercises and rarely do I use X-heavy. It doesn�t sting like some of the counterfeit ones in the market that only claim to use 100% latex. Really good quality.The slidersThis isn�t something I knew but I was really curious when I saw the listing. Then I looked up videos online to see this is definitely something I�d like to try. A combo at this price was a no brainer so I got it. There are exercises that are easy and then there are some that you can�t execute unless you�re absolutely fit. I hope to be able to do the difficult exercises too, if not in 4 weeks, hopefully in 8 weeks.Conclusion: Combos like this are hard to come by and at this price point it was a steal.
